Disclosure of Compensation

In addition to the fees and/or commissions received by STAMMEN INSURANCE AGENCIES from clients for placement of insurance coverage, in certain circumstances various companies of STAMMEN INSUREANCE ANGENICES may earn and retain usual and customary compensation via fees and/or commissions for its role in placing insurance under separate agreements with insurers and re-insurers.

Additionally, STAMMEN INSURANCE AGENCIES may receive contingent fees for placing coverage with particular insurance companies from some insurers based on factors that are not client specific, such as aggregate loss experience, or size of performance of an overall book of business placed with an insurer.
